Reporting

EmmyCore reporting is based on Salesforce reports and customer-specific configuration.

Standard Reports

Some standard reports are used as the basis for other EmmyCore views and components.

For example, a pipeline report can feed pipeline visibility in Project-related views.

Do not modify standard reports without internal admin approval. Changing a standard report can affect other pages, dashboards, or components that depend on it.

Custom Reports

Salesforce report functionality can be used to create customer-specific operational reporting.

Common reporting topics include:

• Project pipeline
• Candidate progress
• Activity volume
• Open tasks
• Project ownership
• Candidate source
• Status movement

Available fields and report types depend on tenant configuration.

Dashboards

Some tenants use dashboards on top of EmmyCore reports.

Dashboards can provide summarized views for recruiters, consultants, managers, or customer teams.

Report Ownership

Because reports can be shared and reused, agree internally who owns standard reports before editing them.

If you need a different view, create a new report or clone an existing one instead of changing a shared standard report.
