Search And Match
Search and match features help users identify relevant Projects and Candidates.
Availability depends on integrations and tenant configuration.
Project Search
The Project search area lets users search for Projects using similar logic to Candidate search.
Depending on configuration, users can access:
- Their own Projects
- Published Projects from supported external markets
- Project feeds for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, where enabled
External Project Feed
From an Account page, some setups can show published external Projects related to that company.
Users can add additional Account names or aliases to improve matching against external sources.
When relevant external Projects are found, users may be able to save selected Projects into EmmyCore.
Matching Candidates To Projects
On a Project record, the matching tab can show Candidates that best fit the Project.
Depending on the integration, the match list can include:
- Candidate ranking
- Match reasons
- Candidate selection
- Action to add Candidates to the Project
- Link to view the full match list in the integrated matching provider
Use this workflow when you want to source Candidates for a specific Project.
Matching Projects To Candidates
On a Candidate record, the matching tab can show Projects that best fit the Candidate.
Depending on configuration, users can:
- Review Project match reasons
- Select one or more Projects
- Assign the Candidate to selected Projects
- Open the full match list in the matching provider
Use this workflow when you want to identify relevant Projects for an existing Candidate.

Search and match behavior depends on integrations such as Textkernel or other configured providers. Match reasons, available markets, and add-to-list actions can vary by tenant.
