Projects
Projects List
Placeholder image (will be replaced with a product screenshot of the Projects list).
The projects list shows all Projects assigned to your account.
You can:
- Search by project name (and, if visible, client name)
- Sort Projects
- Filter by project status
The Projects list is the main entry point when you want to understand which searches are active, who they belong to, and where candidate activity is happening.
Because the list is assignment-based, it also reflects your actual access scope. If a Project is not assigned to your account, it will not appear here.
Sorting
Available sort options:
- Name (A-Z)
- Name (Z-A)
- Client (A-Z) (internal users only)
- Client (Z-A) (internal users only)
Status filter
The list supports multi-select filtering by project status. The available status values come from the Projects that are currently loaded for your tenant.
Use this filter when you want to focus on a subset of your work, for example only active searches or only Projects in a particular stage of execution.
Project Detail

Each Project has a detail page with multiple tabs. The available tabs and fields can vary by tenant configuration.
The Project header includes:
- Project name
- Client name
- Current project status
- A status path / progress bar
- A Chat action
- For internal users with internal portal enabled: a shortcut to open the Project in EmmyCore (if configured)
The last opened tab is remembered per Project.
This makes the Project detail page practical for repeat work. If you usually return to the candidate tab or documents tab, the portal tries to keep you in that working context.
Tabs
These are the standard tabs (some tenants may hide specific tabs or fields):
- Report
- Candidates
- Details
- Documents
- History
Report
The Report tab is the main Project summary.
It combines:
- A quick view / KPI area for the Project funnel
- A pipeline breakdown by phase
- Depending on configuration, a consultant footer on overview pages
The pipeline section is grouped into these phases when enabled:
- Profile presentation
- Interview phase
- Contract phase
Each phase shows the current number of active candidates in that stage.

Use this tab when you want a management-style summary: how far a search has progressed, where the active candidates currently sit in the funnel, and whether the Project is moving forward as expected.
Candidates
Candidates assigned to the Project.
Internal users may see additional capabilities (permission-controlled) such as:
- Switching between card view and table view (if enabled)
- Filtering by candidate step and portal state
- Bulk actions (send invitation, send interim report email, reject, cancel rejection)
These capabilities are only available when the user is internal and the internal portal is enabled for the tenant.
In the standard card view, users can review candidates visually. In table view, internal users can work more operationally with filters, selection, and bulk actions.
Bulk actions are only available for candidates that are still actionable in the portal workflow.
Candidate filters
Internal users can work with these filters inside the Project candidate tab:
- Search: filters the current candidate list by candidate name, vCard title, current employer, residence city, or phone number.
- Sort: changes the order of visible candidates.
- Step filter: limits the list to candidates currently in one or more selected Project steps.
- Portal state filter: limits the list by the candidate's current portal workflow state.
The portal state filter can include:
- Not reviewed: candidates without a recognized portal workflow state
- Pending rejection: candidates marked for rejection in the portal workflow but not yet fully rejected in the underlying process
- Invited: candidates already marked as invited
- Interim report: candidates already marked for interim report communication
Changing filters clears the current bulk selection so users do not accidentally apply actions to a changed result set.
Candidate actions
The available buttons depend on permissions and the current state of the selected candidates:
- Invite: marks the selected candidates as invited in the portal workflow
- Interim report email: marks the selected candidates for interim report communication
- Reject: marks the selected candidates for rejection
- Cancel rejection: reverses a pending rejection state
These actions are shown only when the user's permissions allow them.
Selection is also state-aware:
- Select-all only includes candidates that are currently actionable
- Candidates already in a non-actionable state are excluded from bulk selection
- If all selected candidates are pending rejection, the UI switches from Reject to Cancel rejection

This tab is where the Project becomes operational. External users typically review candidates and their status. Internal users can additionally work through candidate workflows in bulk.
Details
The Details tab contains the structured Project information.
Depending on configuration, this can include:
- Overview: status, start date, salary range, and location
- Search profile: job description, knockout questions, and department profile
- Project team: internal and external people assigned to the Project
- Project contacts: contact-side participants
Some team roles can be marked as internal-only in the Project team section.

The Details tab is especially helpful for users who need to understand the search setup behind the Project, not just the current candidate pipeline.
Documents
The Documents tab lists Project-level documents and allows downloads.
For external users, document visibility is more restricted than for internal users.

History
The History tab shows candidate history for the Project.
In practice, this is the place where rejected / inactive candidates appear again after they no longer show in the active candidate list.

This tab is useful when you need traceability: which candidates moved out of the active flow, and how the broader Project history evolved over time.
